Each order is thoughtfully prepared and packed using eco-conscious materials that protect your jewellery — and the planet.

We don’t mass-produce or bulk-ship from overseas. Every piece is packed to order, by hand, and dispatched directly from Queensland, Australia.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding public holidays.

Once your parcel is with the courier, please note that any delays in transit are outside our control — but rest assured, we’ll always assist if an issue arises.

Each Bayana piece is thoughtfully presented in eco-friendly packaging. Every order will include at least one cotton or velvet drawstring pouch, designed to protect your jewellery while reducing waste. Our larger microfiber pouches (10 × 15 cm) are also available to purchase for $2 each if you would like extra storage, and luxury gift boxes can be added to make your present feel even more special.

✨ Note: If you choose a microfiber pouch or a luxury gift box at checkout, a standard jewellery pouch may not be included. This will depend on the number of items in your order.

How to Care for Your Jewellery:

• Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Our soft pouch will help protect it from dust, moisture and scratches.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, sunscreen, lotions, hairspray, and other beauty products.

• While our pieces are waterproof, we recommend avoiding chlorine or other chemicals in high concentrations.

• Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils and residues.

• Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches and tangles.

How to Clean Your Jewellery:

Avoid using harsh chemicals, polishing liquids, or ultrasonic cleaners, as these can damage the finish or natural elements like shells and pearls.

Natural tarnishing can occur over time, especially if exposed to moisture, high pH skin levels, or improper storage. Following the above tips will help maintain your jewellery’s original shine and beauty.

All Bayana jewellery is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing faults that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or wear.

It does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Natural oxidation
• Tarnish caused by exposure to chemicals or high-pH skin levels
• Damage resulting from improper care or handling

Returns & Store Credit

Our return policy allows for store credit or exchange on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging included.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect selections.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we may not be able to issue store credit.

Important Notes

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances. All earring sales are final.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• Order Dispatch: We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
