Each order is thoughtfully prepared and packed using eco-conscious materials that protect your jewellery — and the planet.
We don’t mass-produce or bulk-ship from overseas. Every piece is packed to order, by hand, and dispatched directly from Queensland, Australia.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
Online orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding public holidays.
Once your parcel is with the courier, please note that any delays in transit are outside our control — but rest assured, we’ll always assist if an issue arises.
