Returns & Store Credit

Our return policy allows for store credit or exchange on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging included.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect selections.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we may not be able to issue store credit.


Important Notes

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances. All earring sales are final.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Order Dispatch: We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

30-Day Warranty & Refunds

All Bayana jewellery is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing faults that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or wear.

It does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Natural oxidation
  • Tarnish caused by exposure to chemicals or high-pH skin levels
  • Damage resulting from improper care or handling

If you believe your item has a fault covered under warranty, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund processing time: Up to 30 days

How to Report a Faulty Item

If you believe your jewellery is faulty and falls within our warranty, please email us at info@bayanastore.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos showing the fault
  3. A brief explanation of the issue

Once assessed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
